By purchasing a pre-order item, you have read and agree to the following:
❥Please note that if you check out other items together with a pre-order, your order will only be sent once the pre-order is ready to be shipped out.
If you would like the available items shipped earlier, please place two separate orders so that you are paying for separate shipping charges!
❥Time for shipping out is only ESTIMATED. Due to the nature of small business manufacturing, we may face unavoidable issues/delays, leading to delays in shipping out! We reserve the right to change any estimated date previously provided, at any point of time without prior notice.
❥ If any manufacturing issues occur and the product/project cannot be completed, we will issue refunds to the best of our abilities.
Combining shipping for pre-orders/ Kickstarter:
❥By default, are now unable to combine orders due to them using separate back end systems! I’m doing this as a one person team and may miss out some items during combining! Sorry for the inconvenience! 🙁
We do try to work it out on a case by case basis, so feel free to drop us an email!
The current Back order dates are:
1st February – 1st April
❥Please note that “Tehe Cuties” follow all Pre-order rules as written above.
Any purchased back orders will be noted and collated for within the back order date period!
❥When ordering on backorder, do note that your item will only be sent out once the charms have arrived! This may take 2- 3 weeks even after our back order dates, as we collate and send them out only after the back order date time frame.
❥Back orders are not able to be refunded as we take the cost into our manufacturing! We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
