‣Please note that All sales are Final and we do not issue refunds once your order has been placed!

‣Once you place an order, our store should send you an email invoice with your order number and items!
 Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns & exchanges.

We post out every alternate week of the month!
Our usual shipping day will be every alternate Thursday/Friday.
Processing times and or delays will be updated on the home page when applicable!

‣We Post out from Singapore! (South east Asia)
‣We are not responsible for any additional VAT and Tax charges within your country! (EU and UK buyers kindly take note of this! from July 2021 onwards)

Reduced Packaging Materials
‣We try our best to reuse packaging materials from our suppliers to reduce waste! Most of our supplies tend to send us ready packed items in OPP bags. To avoid anymore use of NEW packing materials, we will try out best to reuse them if they are in good condition!
Alternatively, we try our best to source for the most eco-friendly method of packaging, as well as reduce the use of plastics and paper when we can! Hence, most of our packages are basic and wrapped with minimum plastics when possible!

Please note that these are only estimated and can differ based on season/ new global events/ local post .

[Canada] 4 – 18 weeks
[UK, EU] 4 – 8 weeks
[SEA] 2 – 4 weeks
[Others] 4- 10 weeks

Multiple store orders
We will keep track of both your orders and ship them together. Please contact us at store@labutori.com or leave a note in your latest order on checkout to combine. We will refund your shipping once we finalize the total weight of your order. If there is no change in cost, we will refund your shipping cost!

Ko-Fi Club Free shipping
Yes! You may use your free shipping code of the month to combine shipping with your upcoming ko-fi rewards as it has already been included in your membership!

Pre-Orders
Please note that Pre-order items are subjected to change depending on manufacturing schedule. You may combine available products with your pre-orders if you are ok with this.

Mistakes happen! We are only human and orders are packed manually!

If you find that you are missing any items in your order or there has been a mistake, please email us at store@labutori.com
Along with the following:

  • A photo of your freshly opened package
  • Order number
  • Missing/ wrong item(s)

As long as your items have not been shipped out yet, you may contact us at store@labutori.com with the following to update!

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Old Address
  • New Shipping Address

Please note we are not responsible for any lost mail or refund/cancellations on orders where the address was incorrectly inputted/provided to us.

Items we create tend to be one time only and limited quantity! Unless there is a huge demand for it, we will not be restocking items once they are out of stock! So be sure to grab them while you can!

Possible stolen/ missing mail
‣Please note that the Labutori store is unable to be liable for any lost/missing mail once the mail has left our hands, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
We recommend you contact your Local post office immediately, along with the tracking number for reference, if this does happen!
We unfortunately, do not resend or refund if this occurs, but we will try our best to help you sort it out! Please opt for Registered shipping if you need to!

International Mail
‣International tracked mail does not come with insurance! Please check and work with your local post if the item has already been delivered but was not received!
