Terms and Conditions

❥ All items are dependent on available stock.

❥ For items out of stock, there is MOQ and Lead time. This will have to be discussed.

❥ Mix and matching of similar product type or catagory is possible.
eg; Enamel pins of different designs, different apparel types

❥ If there are issues with your stock, kindly send us pictures for proof. Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange replacement stocks ASAP! (If our stock allows)

❥ Kindly allow us at least 5 working days to pack your order, if stock is available. Unless informed otherwise.

❥Shipping costs will be paid by customer, the prices are excluding shipping costs.

❥All prices are in USD

❥Once payment has been made and processed. All purchases are final

❥ All invoices should be paid 50% on confirmation and the final 50% once package is confirmed, before delivery is arranged. 

❥You may also opt to pay the full invoice at once.
